The fee is deducted from the donation before settlement, so the donor simply gives the amount they intend. Donors can also choose to add a little extra to cover the fee, so the masjid receives the full intended amount.
No. There's nothing to cancel because there's nothing recurring — no subscription, no lock-in. If your masjid stops using Masjidi, you simply stop, and your data remains exportable.
Donations settle on Stripe's standard payout schedule — typically within a few working days, configurable in your Stripe dashboard. Funds flow directly to your account; Masjidi never holds them.
